Where friends gather to send Scott their love, support, and prayers...
The reason we are all here... On August 29th, our friend Scott was diagnosed with throat cancer. As we all know, cancer is a disease that has claimed many lives, and has affected millions. This time it has set it's sights on Scott, unaware of the battle that it faces. With the love, support and strength of all his family and friends, (meaning all of you), Scott and CJ intend to beat back this disease. Here is the place we can all gather to send out our prayers and support for Scott and CJ to see, and be strengthened by them.

Thursday Morning, 9-2-10, The first surgery...
Scott's first surgery will be Thursday morning, around 11:30am. Everybody be sure to take a lil time out of the day and pray for scott..
Father God I come before you knowing that you hold my earthly father in the palm of your hands and you knew him before he was born. You are all knowing and all powerful and the creater of all things. I pray for my daddy's physical needs right now and ask that you would do what man only dreams about doing. Give him peace and comfort and strengthen CJ to be his number one supporter. Take this situation and use it to draw him closer to You and let this be a witness to all involved. To you be the glory no matter what the out come. If You choose to use doctors then I ask that You would give them wisdom beyond their understanding, skill beyond practice, and insight beyond their perception. I Love You Lord with all my heart and I allow my faith in You to superceed my feelings. Your will be done! Be merciful and gracious to my dad in this dark hour. I praise You and thank You in JESUS NAME AMEN!

Gracious Heavenly Father, I come and stand in agreement with Doug and his prayer for his dad. Bring comfort and peace to the family and may in all this they lean on You! in Jesus Name Amen and Amen!
Loving Father, I entrust myself to your care this day; guide with wisdom and skill the minds and hands of the medical people who minister in Scott, and grant that every cause of illness be removed, may Scott be restored to soundness of health and learn to live in more perfect harmony with you and with those around him. Heavenly father please watch over CJ as she waits for her husband in Jesus Christ. Lord in your mercy hear our prayers. Amen.
Lord I come before You now and ask that You comfort my daddy in this time. Allow him to see Your face! Allow him to feel Your touch! Help him to hear Your still small voice. Allow him to feel Your hands holding him up. I pray as his daughter that You would hold him so close to Yourself that he smells Your fragrance. Please guide the doctors hands as they perform this surgery. Give them an abundance of wisdom and knowledge. Father I ask that you would comfort my step mom in this time. I praise You for bringing her into my dads life and ask that she would feel Your presence there today. Thank You that I can trust and rely on You and Your word. I ask these things knowing You've already handled them, in Jesus' name...Amen! I love you daddy! I wish I could be there and hold your hand. <3 :D
